Shipping Information |
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five(5) to seven(7) business days for shipping of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
Many parts are manufactured to order and this may take up to 30 days.
We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
Delivery times will vary and are dependant on your local postal services.
We will be unable to respond to enquiries regarding any order until the 30 days has expired.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the total shipment weight.
During the checkout process you must select either 'UK only' shipping if you are located within the UK or 'International' shipping if you are located outside the UK.
We cannot ship your order unless you select the correct shipment type.
Some products are only available in the UK. Please check the individual item information for any shipping or availability restrictions.
We do not ship the goods until all invoices are paid.
Should any items be lost during shipping then you must allow at least two(2) clear weeks before a replacement shipment can be made.
Please note that for orders over 4Kg the calculated shipping charge is an estimated value and additional shipping charges may be applied.
You will be entitled to a full refund if you elect not to accept the additional shipping charges.
For items shipped but delivery is not possible due to incorrect address supplied or no one available to accept the delivery the shipping services will normally return the goods to the sender. In these cases the shipping will not be refunded and there will be a 10% handling charge.
The balance will be refunded to the purchaser. |

If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or call us for details.
