Mark8 Computer reproduction bare board set (set of 6 boards)
This sale is for a full set of 6 reproduction Mark 8 computer bare pcb's
They have been produced to be as close as possible in appearance to the original boards.
Note that this means that anyone wishing to build this computer should check the pcb 'bug' list and ensure that they observe any required changes when constructing.
As few small changes have been made where the appearance of the boards was not affected such as the boards are all through hole plated so constructors do not have to solder both sides or each component pin as they did on the originals. This can however still be done if a true original appearance is required.
Because they are intended to resemble original boards as closely as possible there is no solder mask or silk screen on the boards but the original Mark 8 assembly guide can be used to determine correct component placement.
I will shortly be listing a matching back plane board which these boards can be plugged into once completed.
