This is a great board if you are trying to build an Altair 8800 from scratch or maybe repairing an old one. The board performs as intended and includes provision for a smaller crystal which is a nice touch as full size ones are very difficult to find now.
The clock circuit does need the original 7404 TTL Chip to function without modification and this is to be expected with the original design.
