Fluke 9010a 6502/6800 pod bare pcb set
These are a pair of reproduction (not replica) boards for building a 6502 or 6800 pod.
They have been designed to closely match the original Fluke design although due to component availability limitations some changes have been made.
The boards are the same shape and size as the originals but with the following changes.
The 74ls374 buffer ic's have been replaced with much cheaper and easier to fine 74ls574 devices. These are identical parts except for the pin out (do not try to fit 74ls374).
The 60 way inter-board connector has been replaced by 3 20 way dual row connectors (see image) as the 60 way connector is practically impossible to find.
The power fail circuit has been redesigned as original Fluke custom devices are now non existent (The new design actually performs better than the old design).
The original Fluke design included jumpers which enabled the pod to be switched between 6502 operation and 6800 operation. These jumpers were not included in most commercially sold pods but I have included them in this design so you are actually building two pods for the price of one.
The position and type of connectors for all external leads are the same so an existing set of Fluke leads can be used if you have them.
Note that the Fluke custom output / input protection modules required to built these pods.
These are very high quality 4 layer gold plated board and is ideal for anyone wishing to build or repair a Fluke 9010a 6502 or 6800 pod
With original pods selling for well over £1000.00 even if you can find one then building one from these boards is a very low cost alternative.
