I have been following the thread and will make a couple of comments. The frt. vanes (15) are at 24deg. spacing but the 100 (13) are at 27.69deg. Thats when you divide into 360. I use my lathe and cut them with a attachment I made and the 24 is easy to set up as the bull gear has 6deg. hole lock spacings. The 100's setup will be really tricky unless you have cnc.
Also when you cut for the 70mm wheel do you change the side vanes for more through put? The KG's are 5.2mm deep and I wonder if there is a change on this.
If you are looking for a 70 wheel Dietrich in Switzerland has them. I purchased my 66's from him and I think they are a stock part from a German company. He also stocks the 70 turbine.
Another part is the 100 uses the same case and basically the same combustion chamber (12 instead of 6 sticks) and the rest is in the shaft and frt. cover. My turbine (Wren 66) is rated at 120k and the 100 is 127K. Where is all the gain at for thrust. Are they also over revving the turbine.
Don't keep this quiet as there are a lot of us still in the learning stage and everybody likes to see new info.
